Legs and Feet Massage
Specifically designed to help legs and feet recover after exercise, this massage provides essential relief after a day on the slopes whether you ski or snowboard, after a hike or just long days on your feet.
By stimulating circulation and targeting tired or tight muscles, it effectively reduces the feeling of heaviness. Your legs will feel revitalised, lighter, and perfectly prepared for the next day on the mountains.
» I had a session with Esther during the Inferno Dolomites & Slovenia race, and it made all the difference. After consecutive mountain stages my legs were wrecked, but she quickly identified the problem areas and worked with real skill to get me back in shape for the next day. She’s professional, attentive, and clearly understands what endurance athletes need. The same goes in winter – I know she also works in Les Arcs, and anyone skiing there would be lucky to have her support. «
