Massage Les Arcs & Tarentaise Valley

I am a professional massage therapist with a background in both luxury wellness and elite sports preparation and recovery.

I earned my UK Active IQ qualification through the University of Bath’s Sports Training and Development Department, one of the leading centres for athletic excellence in the UK. My career has allowed me to work with world-class athletes, including time spent with Bath Rugby and the WTA (Women’s Tennis Association), whilst refining my skills in five-star spas and prestigious chalets throughout the Tarentaise Valley.

My philosophy is simple: I believe that deep physical recovery is most effective when the body is in a state of total relaxation. My goal is to provide each person with a bespoke treatment that is as relaxing as it is effective, leaving you with noticeable physical improvements and a profound sense of well-being.

Outside of the winter ski season and the summer hiking and biking season in Les Arcs, you’ll find me following the notoriously challenging Inferno Series ultra-cycling events around Europe, providing much-needed daily massages to the brave participants on multi-day events.
